Based on the Service-Level-Agreement (SLA-1/2/3) you will get a Process Control service package for; REMOTE MONITORING, DYNAMIC SIMULATION, and ENGINEERINGS SERVICES;

Company send PFS, PEFS, Process Control- & Safeguarding narratives, Heat-& Material balances, Instrument datasheets and other relevant documents to PCA
Step 2
Company agrees on SLA and the deliverables
Step 4
Company gives PCA remote access to SCADA-systems, depending on SLA, the company receives monthly, bi-monthly or weekly stability- and improvement reports from PCA.
